Today we are very excited to make our COR Alpha photopolymer resin available in the United States. COR Alpha features best-in-class thermomechanical performance & unmatched chemical resistance, all while maintaining a perfect score for biocompatibility (Grade 0 - 10993-5).
For more than 5 years, we have been working closely with our partners to refine COR Alpha. From individual inventors to Fortune 100 firms and government agencies, polySpectra has collaborated with end users of additive manufacturing to qualify this unique material for a wide array of extremely demanding applications, including in low-earth orbit aerospace, medical devices, consumer electronics, robotics, and automotive.
Today's formulation of COR Alpha is optimized for 385 nm DLP 3D printers. Our team has worked tirelessly to develop a drop-in solution for Asiga, Origin and EnvisionTEC hardware.
